Product Description

Our company designs and supplys gypsum powder and gypsum board production line with mature technology and high quality equipment, and to some extent, our manufacture level can reach European manufacture level and even higher. Regarding gypsum powder line, we're very experienced on design and commissioning, and on the basis of process control on production, we do transformation and complete automation control. For gypsum board line, for equipments and electrical control, we all adopt domestic and international famous brand to ensure of equipments' safe and stable operation. Our company has successfully completed installation and commissioning for gypsum powder and gypsum board plants with different capacities in Russia, Oman, Uzbekistan and other countries and got the good feedback from Clients. For equipment quality, we would like to explain more for you. Here take roller used in dryer of gypsum board line as example: for general manufacturer, they use SS steel pipe(its shell thickness is not even) to do, but we use special roller pipe to manufacture; for general manufacturer, they just do simple welding and to produce one roller with several procedures, but we do several types of welding, to produce one roller, we do 18 procedures, and we also do quality check to every roller; we also have a special manufacture to our roller, we make a hole near the shaft(please see the photos attached) to prevent roller from expanding on heating and contracting on cooling, in this way to expand the use life.
 
Description of Paper Surface Gypsum Board Production Line/Plant/Machine/Equipment:


As professional manufacturer and supplier for building material production lines, we DCI mainly provide gypsum board production lines, gypsum powder production lines, and gypsum block production lines with different capacities according to client's requirements.
With our professional technical team, we can complete a series of work from design(mechanical and electrical), manufacture, supply, installation, commissioning to stabilized production,certainly we also provide the spare part supply service.
Till now, we've manufactured and supplied complete sets of machine lines to Russia, Oman, Uzbekistan,United Arab Emirates, Iran.

1. Annual output:
5million to 30 million sqm(based on thickness of 9.5mm gypsum board)

6. Main process:

The basic material for producing such gypsum boards is mainly gypsum powder (calcined gypsum) that the content of CaSO4·1/2H2O is 75% above.
Calcined gypsum, water and various additives are automatically and separately metered and brought into the blending machine by a continuous auto-conveying system before well mixed into pulp and casted onto the gypsum board surface protecting paper which is continuously moving forward. During the progressing process, the pulp is gradually dispersed and well distributed under jarring before brought to the shaping station where the pulp is composed with the back paper of gypsum board and brought through the shaping machine after which the pulp is fully wrapped by an upper and a lower cardboard and pressed into well-regulated flat board which is continuously brought forward as per a stable and strictly controlled speed. After 5 minutes around, the calcined gypsum in the pulp is hydrated again and crystallized into tiny crystal of interpenetrative dihydrate gypsum with a high strength. And then, the wet gypsum board with a certain strength and regular shape is precisely cut into individual boards with set size by an auto-controlled cutting system. The individual boards are orderly arranged, turned over and brought into the dying machine in which the absorbed water in the board is evaporated away in a strict drying atmosphere (The crystal water in the gypsum crystal has no loss). After brought out from the drying machine, the boards are gradually cooled down in the further production process before the front sides of each two boards are folded after turned over again, and the two ends are cut into regularly sized and well-ordered appearance by an end saw. And then, the two ends of the board are packed by paper strips with fixed symbol, and finally the packed boards are sent to the automatic stacking machine and stacked into well-ordered finished products before put into storage.
