II. Equipment Function&Feature
The cutting machine controls the cutting of wet gypsum board with fixed length while board length reaches the required length, length fixing device sends signal to let up and down cut blades move to complete cutting of gypsum board.
The cutting machine's drive system adopts double servo motors, which together with servo controller&PLC controller to realize board length control automatically, accurately.
III. Use procedure:
1.Strictly following the wiring diagram to connect the cable. Terminal L and N to connect to 220V wire and earth terminal to connect earth wire.
2.When installing speed test wheel, the rotary direction is clockwise,and can watch the board length value on the screen.

4.When adjusting, rotate the speed wheel at a constant speed to observe the rotation direction of the up and down blades. Change the position of proximity switch to make the up and down blades stop simultaneously at the same speed, and the stop position keeps at the horizontal position.
5.After installation, set the cut length on the screen, and measure the difference between the cut sheet and the set value for further modification.
6. During operation, observe the relationship between the cutting knife and the belt speed when cutting, and change the proportional coefficient to eliminate the mechanical error.
7. When shifting shifts, record the number of cut sheets, and manually clear the count number (record the output of each shift).
IV. Operation steps:
1)The electric control cabinet is powered on, the emergency stop switch is set to the "on"position, and the power indicator light is on.
2)Correctly set the length of the board on the TP in mm.
3)Turn the "auto run"switch to "on" position, and " auto run" light is on in the TP. At this time, the cutting machine is in the auto fixed-length cutting state.
4)Put length measure wheel encoder on the running gypsum board. When the distance of the board advances to the set length, the cutting machine will automatically start, cut off the wet board, continue to rotate, return to the initial position and stop, waiting for the next time cutting.
5)Under " auto run" state, press the sampling button on the control cabinet, the cutting machine can start immediately, cut the sample plate, and rotate back to initial position.
V. Use principle
The automatic cut roller is equipped with two rows of teeth blades, which have been fully tested before leaving the factory. However, before use, please check whether the electrical connection is connected and the position of photoelectric switch is proper; and rotate the blade roller by manual to see if blade positions are proper. When all are ok, then wait for use.
VI. Maintenance
1. Always check whether the photoelectric switch is covered to result in non-sensitive; always clean up the gypsum board debris generated while cutting.
2. When the blade is damaged or passivated, reground and replace it. Please note that the two blades are aligned in a straight line, leaving a gap of 2-3mm between the blades. After replacement, the blade rollers can be rotated by manual to check if the gap is proper, then put into production.
3. When leaving the factory, its gearbox is not filled with lubrication oil, and it must be filled before use (50#-70# industrial gear oil). Change the lubrication oil after running for 2000 hours for the first time, and change the lubrication oil after every 5000 hours of operation.
4.The bearings on both end of blade rollers shall be filled with 2# Lithium base grease.
