Dropdown Shaping Machine

I Function:
Slurry goes through the extrusion of upper and down shaping plates to help boards reach the required thickness and flatness. With paper folding device, edge of down paper will be folded and then stuck together with upper paper, to make gypsum slurry packed completely.

III Feature:

1. With board width adjust device to make edge shaping fit for different widths;

3. The adjust device on upper plant has special device to make paper feed of ideal angle;
4. Dropdown device on down shaping platform can ensure of fullness of board core without slurry leakage.

Shaping machine adopts plate type extrusion shaping machine instead of roller-type shaping machine. Board appearance and inner quality depends on shaping technology. The products manufactured by extrusion shaping machine have excellent appearance, vertical side, flat board surface, even thickness, no side leakage. In addition, it makes board core and paper combined more firmly and reduce labor intensity.
Considering the moisture condition of shaping machine, the parts in touch with slurry are made of SS steel, to extend its use life and ensure of nice appearance of boards.
For the customer who have special requirement for thinner board products(6.5-8.0mm thickness), the special shaping machine will be customized to increase the sliding force of down shaping plate so that to reduce the manual operation and stop interval time.
