Cone Crusher
Cone Crusher is suitable for crushing varies of mid-hard and above mid-hard ores and rocks. It has the advantage of reliable construction, high prod activity, easy adjustment and less cost in operation. The spring release system of cone crusher acts an overload protection system
that allows tramp to pass through the crushing chamber without damage to the crusher, use dry oil, water, two kinds of sealed formation. It makes plaster stone and engine oil separated, assured reliable performance. Cone crusher is widely applied in metallurgical, construction, road building, chemical and phosphatic industry. Cone crusher is suitable for hard and mid-hard rocks and ores, such as iron ores, copper ores, limestone, quartz, granite, gritstone, etc. Type of the crushing cavity is decided by the application of the ores. Standard type is for PYZ (secondary crush); middle type is for PYD (tertiary crush).
Cone crusher features
1. The cone crusher has features of tight structure, efficient product, adopts bowl type shaft with high precision reserve, and focus lubrication systom,easy adjustment and the spring can product the all the equipment.
2. The cone crusher can avoid the moisture mixed with the oil, and the spring can make up for the airproof, when the airproof wear out about 1/4-1/3,must to exchange the airproof in time.
