Double Shaft Mixer for Gypsum Powder Making Machine

The double-shaft mixer has the feature of strong mix and high efficiency. Its mixing time is short. The design mixing time is 1~3 minutes, the ratio uniformity of 1:1000 is more than 96%, and the two mixing shafts in the horizontal shell rotate at the same speed but opposite direction. The blades arranged at a special angle on the shaft ensure that the material is moved in radial, circumferential and axial directions to form a composite cycle and achieve uniform mix in a very short time.

 Structure features:

The mixer has high mix uniformity, fast mixing speed, no segregation phenomenon during mixing, no dead angle in mixing, no deposition, no overheating on heat sensitive materials, no pressure and grind onto particles, disparity in specific gravity and viscosity. When the materials are solid-solid with dosing ratio of 1:1000, the mixing uniformity deviation is less than 8%. The machine discharges at the bottom with manual and pneumatic opening, which has fast discharge speed and good sealing.
